We are creating awareness about the importance of meditation in a person life and motivating people to take out sometime daily for meditation.
We see meditation as a state of mind and their are number of meditation techniques which takes a person in a meditative state. We personally do vipassana the technique of mindfulness given by BUDDHA to this world. When one is in meditative state then one is in touch of THAT which people call it by different names (GOD, Nothingness, Supreme energy etc). Peace and bliss happens as a result when one is in touch with THAT.
All the mind related problems like fear, stress, frustration, boredom, anxiety, depression etc which a lot of people face these days will be solved by themselves once they start practicing meditation.
